- Discovery & Design: We begin by working closely with you to understand your specific needs and use case. Together, we'll explore potential solutions and agree on a direction.
- Specification & Quotation: Once the scope is clear, we'll help define a detailed specification. From there, we estimate the time required and provide a clear quote with a full cost breakdown.
- Approval & Development: If you're happy with the proposal, we begin the work. Payment is typically made upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.
- Scope Changes: If your requirements change significantly during the project (e.g., expanded scope or a
change in direction), we offer flexible options:
- Continue with revised scope and updated pricing.
- Proceed with the original scope and cost.
- Pause or stop the project if preferred.
- Agile & Phased Delivery: We prefer an Agile, incremental approach - starting with the minimum viable product (MVP), then evolving based on feedback. This allows for phased payments and reduces unnecessary time and cost.
- Transparency & Ownership: You will have full ownership of the source code, final product, and any associated cloud or hosting accounts, ensuring you're never locked in and can move forward independently if needed.
- Consultation & Support: For support or one-off consultations, we'll provide an upfront quote. Payment is only made after the work is complete and you're satisfied.
- Technology Stack: You're welcome to have input on the specific technologies used. Just keep in mind that your choices may impact development time and therefore cost, and while we're highly experienced, we are not experts in every technology stack. See technology for more details.
